According to the Mayo Clinic, adults need at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity, or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity a week. Strength training is also important and should be done at least two times a week.
Eat Nutritious Foods
Without a healthy diet, exercise will do little to keep your new figure. Patients should incorporate more veggies, fruits, whole grains, and lean protein into their diet.
