Meet Patty! Patty is our office manager and the glue to our team! Patty has been a part of Dr. Shienbaum’s practice for
over 30 years. With all her experience, you can find her now coordinating all patient needs. Patty can be found on the
phone easing a patient through their recovery or scheduling a patient for their first consultation. With her comforting
tone and gracious smile, we are thankful for her day in and day out. On a day off you can find her spending time at the
gym, or hitting the sand on the beaches of St. Petersburg. She loves music, traveling, and has an eye for all your
decorating needs. Patty is our constant encourager!
Lauren is our master skin care professional who dedicates her time and energy to meeting your specific needs. She is a highly skilled Radiofrequency skin tightening specialist and excels at noninvasive facial rejuvenation techniques. Lauren approaches each and every patient with the utmost dedication and compassion. Her clients say she makes treatments fun and rewarding. Her favorite place to visit is Key West and she can’t wait to come home each day to her two Frenchie pups.
Meet our charismatic practice coordinator Suly. She is the first person you will meet
once you enter our office, and her kindness and compassion will steal your heart! Outside of the office she loves
being a mom to her active two-year-old daughter as well as dancing, shopping, and movie nights.
Alana is our consultant for both our new and returning patients. She has assumed responsibility for our social media platform and performs daily counseling for our patients. She has a real passion for her work and loves making her patients smile! In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and almost anything to do with the water – including boating, water parks, or hanging out at the beach.
Dr. Harkins is our Board-Certified Anesthesiologist with over ten years’ experience. A Florida
native she completed medical school at USF and received her Anesthesia training at Stanford She excels at
providing minimal sedation techniques for our Plastic Surgery procedures. A former marathoner she likes to hit
the road on adventurous trips with her two boys.
Jamie is our certified surgical scrub technician who assists Dr. Shienbaum in the
operating room. She has a strong 30-year background in Plastic Surgery and her refined skills are an asset during
our surgical cases. In her spare time, you can find Jamie baking wonderful foods for our office staff and she likes
travel with her husband.
Yaidy is a Licensed Practical Nurse who is in charge of our Office Surgical Facility.
She is our OR circulator and is an expert in sterilization techniques. . In her spare time, Yaidy enjoys Art and
Craft projects with her children, going shopping and visiting new restaurants.
Mel is a Registered Nurse who’s compassionate and
soft-spoken style makes her an excellent asset. Her 30 years of Recovery Room experience ensures that each of our
patient’s recovery is a most comfortable experience. When she is not working Mel can be found with a book and enjoys
spending time with her family.
Kim is our recovery R.N. here at Brandon Plastic
Surgery and brings 18 years of experience to our practice. She is passionate about her job and loves taking care of
our patients. We enjoy her sense of humor and her way of putting our patients at ease. When not at work she likes
to travel enjoying the outdoors with boating and hiking and trying to keep her plants alive!
